Laramie County School Board
Brittney Ashby: “Community is a key value to me. I believe that we all work together to create communities where we all want to live and where we have productive, successful lives. Pre-K-12 education is the foundation for a successful community. Without a high-quality public school system that focuses on meeting the needs of all children and families, it is not possible to ensure that our community continues to thrive and grow.”
Paul Bankes: "Our community must provide high-quality education for all students. Schools greatly impact families, children, and the community. We must equip students with the skills to achieve their dreams; our community is enhanced by their success. The school board must be responsive to all stakeholders in order to reach this goal."
Barb Cook: “My main focus as a candidate for the school board is to guarantee a secure and optimistic atmosphere for all students and personnel, endorse evidence-based curriculum, and deliver quality education to each student. By voting for me, you can expect me to strive towards a superior educational system and a more promising future for our community.”
